Welcome to InternshipAtlas (the "Service" or "Website"), operated by InternshipAtlas ("we," "us," or "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our Website, including the purchase of any products such as PDF or CSV lists of companies ("Products"), subscription to our newsletter, and receipt of any free materials. By accessing or using the Service, purchasing Products, or subscribing to our newsletter, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.
InternshipAtlas provides curated lists of companies in various countries that have previously offered internships or traineeships, based on insights generated by an AI script. These lists are available for purchase via Gumroad as individual country-specific lists or bundled lists (e.g., by region like Asia). We also offer a newsletter subscription where subscribers receive a free PDF containing a limited selection of such companies. All Products are digital downloads and are provided "as is."
We make no representations or warranties about the accuracy, completeness, or currency of the data in the Products, as it is derived from an AI script that may contain errors or omissions. Users are solely responsible for verifying any information before use.
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service or purchase Products. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement.
All purchases are processed through Gumroad, a third-party platform. You agree to Gumroad's terms and policies for all transactions. Prices are as listed on the Website or Gumroad at the time of purchase and are subject to change without notice.
No Refunds: All sales are final. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations for any reason, including but not limited to dissatisfaction with the Product, inaccuracies in the data, or changes in your circumstances. By purchasing, you acknowledge and accept this policy.
All Products, including lists, data, and any free PDFs, are our proprietary intellectual property protected by copyright and other laws. Upon purchase or receipt (for free materials), we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Product for your personal, non-commercial use only.

We are not responsible for any third-party content, including company websites linked in the Products, or for any actions you take based on the Products.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE OR PRODUCTS, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
